Rowena Bhagchandani
CEO / Co-Founder

As the Group Managing Director of DDB Group Singapore, TracyLocke and TRACK, Rowena was a key member of the leadership team of one of the region’s most successful and respected advertising agency groups. She has a track record of inspiring and managing large multi-disciplinary teams to deliver innovative and effective marketing and communications solutions to a wide range of blue-chip clients. Rowena has earned a reputation for being both a playmaker and nurturer who 'makes things happen' with, through and for people. It has won her loyalty and consistent quality performances from every team she has worked with.Her inspired leadership has seen both her clients and agency winning accolades locally and internationally for creative and effective marketing. Rowena is a council member of the Institute of Advertising of Singapore and champions talent. In addition to being Chairperson of the IAS Hall of Fame 2015 and 2016, she also drives initiatives to help position Singapore as the Marketing Talent Hub for Asia.


Joji Jacob
Creative / Co-Founder

Joji has spent over 20 years with some of the biggest and best agencies in India and Singapore; agencies like FCB, Ogilvy, JWT, BBDO and DDB. Before co-founding BLK J, he was Group Executive Creative Director of DDB for nine years. Under his watch, DDB Group Singapore became one of the most awarded agencies at every important award show. DDB Group was also judged Agency of the Year at the Marketing Awards, at the Singapore Hall of Fame Awards and by Campaign Magazine. Joji himself has been named Singapore’s Most Influential Creative Director by the Institute of Advertising Singapore and South East Asia’s Creative Person of the Year by Campaign two years in a row. Joji also headed up DDB’s Creative Council in Asia and has judged at Cannes, D&AD and Spikes. Most recently, he was the President of the Print & Publishing Jury at Cannes 2016.


Lester Lee & Khalid Osman
Creatives / Co-Founders

Lester and Khalid started working together as a creative team seven years ago and have since bagged 13 Cannes Lions, including their 10th for StarHub last year. 2016 also marked the year the team won IAS Brand of the Year for the telco, for the fourth time. Some of their most awarded campaigns include Home by Homes, 4G4Good, Family Time, My Smart Eye and Musical Fitting Rooms. In addition to StarHub, Lester and Khalid were also co-creative directors on McDonald's, Ministry of Education and National Volunteer Philanthropy Centre, leading a 20-strong creative group that scored features in Contagious, Mashable, Fast Company, PSFK and a rare mention by Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong.
